My experience at Bonita Springs Mercedes isn’t our first and it won’t be our last. It was truly fabulous. Both Frank and Joe were super attentive and made the sales experience as smooth as possible. All staff that I came in contact with were courteous and professional. I especially loved how well my two young children were welcomed at the dealership. Our vehicle was detailed and looks brand new . Overall, I left a happy 10th time Benz owner! I love my new car! Mr. Frank and your dedication to customer satisfaction is unmatched and your dealership would definitely be a place I would retire, the atmosphere is truly superb.
