Planet Ford cane through CLUTCH! From the jump, I was looking for a very specific truck. I was looking for the best deal from Dallas to Galveston, though I live in The Woodlands. Terr From the jump, I was looking for a very specific truck. I was looking for the best deal from Dallas to Galveston, though I live in The Woodlands. Terrance contacted me, pulled two similar trucks for my wife and I to test drive before we went on our vacation for Memorial Day weekend. We loved the truck and moved forward with finding our truck. It turned out to be quite a search as another dealership failed 3 times to acquire the exact truck. Terrance and the dealer trade team made it happen in one painless motion. Had the truck transferred, inspected, detailed, and gassed up. David in Finance made the leasing a breeze. I was waiting for the bad news the whole time and things just kept exceeding expectations! Amazing and friendly The experience was great. I had been shopping around for nearly 2 weeks and had terrible experiences elsewhere. Terrance was great. He handled most of The experience was great.
