Not that impressed I had to drop my car off for service and I waited at the counter at least five minutes while several employees just walked past me without even speak I had to drop my car off for service and I waited at the counter at least five minutes while several employees just walked past me without even speaking or asking if I needed help. Finally a. young lady came to ask me if I needed help and I said yes I've been waiting here for a while and she did finally get someone to wait on me. I have to say they put me in a E3 hundred series from my C class so that was quite an upgrade. I think they do that so it will give you the better car hoping you'll upgrade on the spot! Upon my return it wasn't much better. There is no direction when you come in to greet you and direct you to the right person. I wasn't the only one feeling the frustration. It seems like a big runaround game. And I found the people at the service desk that's is outside very rude. They stand around and spoke to each other and did not even bother to smile.. I will take my car back there only because of the convenience but I think at their next staff meeting and needs to be a conversation about how to please the customer and greet the customer. More

Great Service. basic service I worked with Teresa and she was excellent. I have 2 complaints When I pulled into the service area no one was present at the desk. after approx 10 mi I worked with Teresa and she was excellent. I have 2 complaints When I pulled into the service area no one was present at the desk. after approx 10 min waiting someone finally appeared to help me. Even though 10 minutes is not a long time I didn't expect the service desk area to be empty at a Mercedes dealer, When i finally met with Teresa everything went well. As a former Prestige MB owner I am familiar with bringing my car in for a basic service. In the past my car would be finished and ready fo pick up the same day. This time it took until the next day. More

Service Appt I brought my car in for a recall issue. I had an 8am appt, got loaner. Called at 11:30 and was told car was being worked on, called back at 3:40 and w I brought my car in for a recall issue. I had an 8am appt, got loaner. Called at 11:30 and was told car was being worked on, called back at 3:40 and was told car did not go in yet and did I need it back today? Yes I did . They called back at 4:30 and work was completed. Why did I have an 8:00 appt if car wasn't going to be worked on until later in the day???????? More
