Apple did not have the exact vehicle we wanted but found and delivered us the one we wanted within a day. Everything we asked for was taken care of immediately and everyone was friendly and helpful in doing so. The vehicle came from another dealer in the area and had a few cosmetic issues that were attended to immediately. We had dealt with Apple in the past, around 10 years ago, and we had some issues with there service department but can honestly say now that we have been dealing with them again in the past five years and they have rectified all of those issues. I highly recommend this dealer. More

Curtis Ford and Jackie Pressm I have bought hundreds of cars/trucks for my business and personal use and Apple by far is THE BEST I have come across. Curtis Ford and Jackie Pressman in service are AWESOME!!!! Sales with James Koser, Scott Rippy and owner Chip Doetsch was VERY accommodating. Wanda Reid was AMAZING in helping me with my after sales appointments. Aftermarket with Teresa Volz was great and NO PRESSURE sales, even thought I bought all the aftermarket stuff. I drive over 1 hour from my house to Apple Ford passing a half a dozen other Ford dealers that I have tried in the past. NOTHING is like Apple Ford and Owner Chip Doetsch!!! Purchasing a new 2015 Explorer I purchased a new Explorer from Apple Ford for the 2nd time in two months. He gave great attention to detail to the aspects of the deal and features of the car that were important to me. I believe I received a fair deal all around. Mr. Phil Hamilton was our sales rep. He was very friendly and listened to our needs. At first, we were not sure if we wanted to go previously owned or new. Phil listened to our story and asked what we were interested in for new. It was an Edge. In fact, we were thinking of a used Edge too. We discussed the various other options in the same category, i.e., SUV's, and did land on the Edge as our choice to test drive. Phil was able to find the right car for our needs. This was the service that helped us make our final decision. We also were comfortable with the price, even though it was more than we intended to spend within our budget allocations. We, my wife and I, were impressed with the professionalism of all the employees we came in contact with during our "sales" experience. We are looking forward to working with the "Service Dept." It appeared to be a clean working invironment with many mechanics to serve us. We also were impressed with the "extras" [ free car washes, oil changes, drive train warranties, etc.]afforded us upon becoming an Apple Ford customer. I went online initially to check out inventory for the two types of vehicles that I was interested in; I had lots of follow-up until I was able to make it into the dealership. Bernie is my guy, he knows me and my situation, and he helped me to find a vehicle that fit my needs and my budget. He worked with me every step of the way until I drove off the lot in my new Escape. (He even helped me transfer all my stuff from my trade-in to the new car!) Bernie, Jamie Thomas, and Teresa Volz were kind, understanding, and very cool with my daughter, who I had to bring along with me for the deal. Apple Ford is my dealership for LIFE. More

Apple ford personnel were very friendly and honest. When I showed up I was given the run around from the sales manager and consultant about the price and how the internet did not represent the true price. I decided to look elsewhere and found a much better flex for the money. Apple ford listened to my concerns and worked with me to obtain a fair deal. They are a honest dealership and I would recommend them to others. thanks for a great buying experience and i look forward to future service. More
