Appointment was easy to make. Teresa was patient, kind and welcoming. My courtesy drive was great (can't remember his name). Unfortunately I was never called when my car was ready Teresa was patient, kind and welcoming. My courtesy drive was great (can't remember his name). Unfortunately I was never called when my car was ready. When I called to check on it, i was told someone would call me back. When I didn't hear back and called again, they had a hard time finding the record. Said the phone number wasn't correct but I had given it several times, recieved texts that morning and it was correct on the paperwork when i picked up. I also wasnt told the courtesy van stopped at 4 and since I work until 6,I was stranded for an extra 30 minutes until I could find a ride. Not the end of the world but if I had been called, I would have taken a break at work, asked for a ride and picked it up earlier. Cashier and crew that evening were great, I apologize but I don't know their names. More
