People would tell me your NUTTS you can get it done "CHEAPER" somewhere else? Well I believe in LOYALTY & the QUALITY of the PEOPLE that I talk to. I recently just ran into a MAJOR REPAIR on that same DODGE and got a QUOTE.... WELL I called ELMWOOD & told them there is just NO WAY I could afford that right now but I did need the car back. Well the FINE FOLKS there including Dede Silva & Jim Verdoia looked into this matter. I GUESS LOYALTY PAID OFF because they came up with a much better PLAN to get me back in my Dodge SAFELY AND MORE AFFORDABLE!!!!! THANK YOU ALL for making feel like part of YOU ELMWOOD FAMILY!! most Genuine experience ever encounter with a sales person My initial visit was that of a normal naturre..typical salesman...However when push came to shove 1 man went out of his way to help me when the origin My initial visit was that of a normal naturre..typical salesman...However when push came to shove 1 man went out of his way to help me when the original salesman insisted I must be there to have my window fixed...Eniezer Rios along with Tee who runs The service department made it so that They had someone at my place of employment the very next morning..IT IS IMPORTANT for you all to know that Eniezer or Tee recieved any commission from the purchase of my Jeep and still today because there were other issues that were not noticed initially continue to help me...The main department at Elmwood Dodge had made a significant difference in the way I view a dealership..and Because of that I will not only recommend them (ENIEZER ) personally..I myself will never look to another Dealership for another car or my children's when and if they need...THANK YOU ENIEZER FOR graciously taking over my file knowing there was no reward or commissions in it for you ;) and Thank you Tee gor All uou yourself has done for me know nothing really about me or my situation but that of the word of your coworker Eniezer. ..Always the most Awesome client you all will ever have lol..Lisa Siekiera More

Loving my new truck I have been a customer of Elmwood's for several years. When it was time to find a new vehicle, I looked there first. I had received a call from Enie I have been a customer of Elmwood's for several years. When it was time to find a new vehicle, I looked there first. I had received a call from Eniezer Rios asking if I was in the market, so when I went down to look at a few I saw online, I asked for him. He was very knowledgeable about both of the cars my wife and I were interested in. After a couple of test drives, we settled on a car and began the process. He was very helpful getting the deal done, and when I returned to take delivery, he was even more helpful as I wanted to have a few things taken care of. He was very friendly and courteous, and great to deal with. Overall, I am not an easy customer to deal with, Eniezer was very professional, and I am very happy with the car and the deal I got. The finance guy, Vinny, is also awesome to work with and will take good care of you, and I'm very pleased to have him wrap up all the paperwork. Highly recommend Elmwood for all your Chrysler Group needs. More

Your service writer, Telma was very patient with me as I I would like to thank Elmwood's service department for a great job on my transmission flush! Your service writer, Telma was very patient with me as I am hard to deal with do to my "condition". The service was done in a timely fashion and at a fair cost, I thought. While waiting I ventured into the showroom and was greeted by the sales and internet staff as we'd been friends for years! They seemed very busy and hard at work! They weren't sitting around. The only problem I had was getting back into my seat after. Who ever worked on my baby must have been VERY SHORT as the seat was all the way forward and they left a phone book on it.....E.B. All and all I'm very happy. My car feels better and I got a phone book. I'll see you all next time... and you better be there. :) Justin More
