Purchased a used VW Passat (only 6K miles). Sale went quick, unfortunately, there was one key. Taylor said he would get me another key at a reduced price. I just needed to send him a text. At the same time I needed some floor matts, as the ones they put when in when the car was ready for pick up were rubber and had oil on them. There was some confusion as the text/number I had was not getting to the appropriate person. However, in the end, I received a call from Sheilah. Sheilah responded promptly and took care of my requirements. How she handled the follow-up with my concerns was fantastic and gave me confidence its a dealership I can work with. Thank you More

Raul was very responsive and not pushy. He answered my questions before I made a decision to go to the dealership. I was passed off to Josh who was ok. He went to bat for me to get the deal I wanted. Could have done a much better job showing me how to use everything on the car. It took me awhile to figure out how to put down the third row seats. The finance guy I don’t think had my best interest. He put my loan through Wells Fargo snf I said I don’t want Wells Fargo. He just gave me a sideways glance and ignored my request. What a jerk! My credit score is good and I am sure another bank would have worked. He must be giving them something extra or getting something extra. In that respect I give the dealership a lower score. More
