Things were going well when viewing a new F-150 until Taylor said I could take the car home and test drive it to see if me and my GF liked it but "Remember to keep the windows rolled up". I curse his name and wish nothing but the worst for him for making such an ill joke during a time of grievance. I hope none of you buy a car from this "Salesman" and take your business elsewhere. He clearly does not represent what Phil Long Ford is trying to promote. More

My 2022 Bronco came in late in the day and I needed to catch a flight early the next morning. Taylor had it ready to roll and got me through all the paper work quickly that evening. When I purchased the truck I was treated very well. My wife had to go back in a few days later to sign the title of the car we treated in. She was not greeted or treated well at all.
