The service center is always clean with fresh coffee, cold drinks and snacks available for customers. It’s such a nice experience. The staff are great too. Robbie Peters went above and beyond to help me with my registration card for my state inspection. He took the time to stop what he was doing and look up information from my Jeep sale over 2 years ago. He called me back within minutes once he found it. Without him doing this I would have needed to reschedule my appointment/service. We talked on the phone 4 times that day and each time he was extremely kind, helpful and read everything back to me. Robbie is the kind of employee a company should be proud of. Great job with customer service Savage 61!! More

I have recently went to another service center due to buying a new car and their service center disappointed in every way! I always had a great experience at savage 61 from the moment you walk in the doo buying a new car and their service center disappointed in every way! I always had a great experience at savage 61 from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and kept in the loop with what is going on with your vehicle. The lady that checks you out wonderful personality!! They even gave me a voucher for the diner across the street while my oil was being changed. I am so happy with their service I am going to go there from now on. More

More than delivered I went to savage to purchase my new workvan. Bob Care was very helpful he had found me exactly what I was looking for and moved foward very quickly. Tim the sales manager explained to me that they had one on lot a year newer 2015 instead of the 2014 and that he would make that work if I would agree. So obviously I did the smart thing I got a 2015 instead of the 14. They then told me due to the holiday I may have to wait a week for been package, again that was a little lie cause Bob with the help of his staff and service yet over delivered and it was all but 100% complete by the time I picked it up on Friday. If you are looking for a vehicle and don't have the time to mess around these men will get it done. More

Loving the customer service as much as the Ram! Bob Care lives up to his name. He cares about his customers. He worked long and hard to satisfy our truck needs and put up with a lot to make sure thi Bob Care lives up to his name. He cares about his customers. He worked long and hard to satisfy our truck needs and put up with a lot to make sure this truck wouldn't disappoint us like the other brand did. Finance and service guys were awesome too. It was raining and cold the day we picked up our Ram but till Bob was done walking us through the interior features we were warm and dry. (the seat warmers helped). We will be returning to Savage for our future needs and will be recommending them to all our friends. More
