Taylor Ates was professional, organized and had the car ready to be show when I arrived, even I had an outstanding experience at Subaru of Grapevine. Taylor Ates was professional, organized and had the car ready to be show when I arrived, even though I flaked on her once. The negotiation was painless. I was presented with a Sale price that was outstanding immediately. The financing they offered me beat my Bank by over 4 percentage points. In short. I bought the car because it was impossible to pass it up as a whole package. I strongly recommend this dealership! More

You are treated and respected the minute you walk in the door, and no one pushes you towards a sale. I didn't get quite what was expected for my trade-in (always seems to be way too low here) but the numbers ended up working to match my budget in the end. This is my second purchase using this dealership and if I need to come back in the future, this will be my first stop. Really appreciate the top-notch sales team and staff at this dealership. More
