So Taylor greeted me upon my entry to the lot she was kind and open I knew I was going to have to talk to somebody and she seemed pleasant enough. Upon my inspection of some of the vehicles we got to tal kind and open I knew I was going to have to talk to somebody and she seemed pleasant enough. Upon my inspection of some of the vehicles we got to talkin and she was very kind understanding and helpful. She openly admitted that she was still learning and then her knowledge and some of the vehicles was still growing I appreciated that. She explained to me things that I didn't know and we learned together. Throughout the whole process I never felt pressure she was very understanding and accommodating. The whole process was smooth and fast even some of the managers were involved and I didn't have any feelings of incompetence. I am very pleased with how things went and how quickly everyone worked to accommodate my time crunch. More
