Dealership experience As I entered the showroom I was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. I found the showroom to be clean and bright. I sat with Tatiana Fatta As I entered the showroom I was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. I found the showroom to be clean and bright. I sat with Tatiana Fattakhova a sales rep at the dealership. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions in detail regarding the vehicle I was interested in leasing. She showed me the vehicle and went over pricing. After she went over everything in detail I signed the lease that day and picked up my new vehicle two days later. Tatiana was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the dealship is very lucky to have her on staff. More

Every step of the way from looking/test driving to driving off the lot was a pleasure. Any questions or issues were resolved quickly and professionally by Tatiana and Joe G. Found one of my headlights were burnt out the first night I had the car. I called Tatiana and she was very helpful working with service and myself to get it resolved quickly!
