I was looking for a quality used vehicle, and got tired of fighting with local dealers who only wanted to sell me a car they had on their lot (that didn't match my list or price range!). An eBay search introduced me to Honda Cars of Bellevue, who were advertising a car that matched my interests. I sent them an email with a couple questions, and within a hour on a weekend, had an email response from Lucy. She put me in touch with Tony, who found out the answers I needed, and didn't hassle me with pushy sales tactics. After looking at other options, I decided to drive the 3 hours to the dealership, and after test-driving the vehicle, worked with Elizabeth and Tari on trading in my old car and purchasing the new. Everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable and honest. When I asked a question they didn't know the answer to, they weren't afraid to say, "I don't know, but let me find out." I have to say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had, and they will be getting my business in the future. More

Honda Cars of Bellevue is by far the best dealership I've ever done business with. The staff is always professional and they make sure the customer is taken care of when purchasing a vehicle. They listen to the customer and go the extra mile to ensure the customers needs are met. I've purchased several vehicles from this dealership and the service is always "Outstanding." I also feel Honda vehicles are by far the best in quality and performance. We purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot and got a good price with excellent customer service. I would recommend this dealership because of the great service and the Honda product is top of the line in my opinion. More

Buying our Crosstour was the best and the fastest experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle. We could not believe how informative Terri was and how informative she was with all the details. Teri explained throughly the contract and also informed us about the extended warranties.
