Great service, once I finally was able to get on their calendar. I was due for a 12,000 mile check up and it took almost a month to get it in. Overall, I was extremely happy with everything. The car was in show room condition. The price was very fair. I got what I thought was a great trade in. The sales staff, management and everyone that The car was in show room condition. The price was very fair. I got what I thought was a great trade in. The sales staff, management and everyone that I dealt with were very friendly and did not try to push me into buying anything extra. I was not expecting to get two keys for the car but I got two keys for the car and that made it extremely convenient. The one problem that I have is that there was no owners manual in the car. The car itself is very complicated and the sound system is even more so. When I asked about the owners manual, I was told it’s online. I went online. More than 200 pages of information is in the manual and to use that online, especially if I am utilizing my cell phone makes it very difficult to learn and utilize all of the electronic an audio possibilities with the car. More
