The staff were very professional and provided good service. The only complaint I have was I reserved a loaner car and when I arrived, I was told there were no loaners available even though I was suppo service. Tanner did a great job...professional, friendly. My only criticism had nothing to do with him. It is the amount of time (roughly 3 hours) it took to do the work (replacing 2 TPS, 2 filters, general check up criticism had nothing to do with him. Tanner was very helpful when I brought my SUV in for service. He took care of a small problem on another one of my vehicles first , so we could take that car for lunch while the SUV got a regular servi service.
