People are always friendly and professional. I first took my 13 year old Honda Accord there for service to see how their service department was. I was paired with Tammie Sage as my service consultant and sh my 13 year old Honda Accord there for service to see how their service department was. I was paired with Tammie Sage as my service consultant and she could not have treated me any better if I had been driving a brand new Lexus. The work was done in a timely manner and they knew what they were talking about. As a consequence of that initial experience I purchased a 2016 ES350 from them a month or two later. It was just due for the first scheduled maintenance and Tammie handled it in her customary competent manner. I’m quite happy and satisfied with Woodfield Lexus! More

My 28 years as a customer at WOODFIELD LEXUS have been unblemished in any way. I don't think that any other dealership can make that claim of consistent, decades long excellence at all levels of consumer service throughout the dealer organization. More

. They need new better chairs. Maybe a general rehab .. Need new better waiting area.the colors are faded. Chairs are not comfortable. They too low and back support would be good also. I had a coupon for oil change from Arlington Lexus for a cheaper price, I asked them to honor it, it was not done, I prefer that you honor the other dealers cheaper price, I asked them to honor it, it was not done, I prefer that you honor the other dealers More
