Much better second time around My first experience was overwhelming. I had totalled my car and had to buy a new one. My credit is not the greatest and I barely live paycheck to paycheck. Ricart did help me with a car loan. My car didn't come with an owners manual. Taesha was awesome and did print one off for me as I do not access to a printer. My two front tires were replaced for free which I greatly appreciated. Everyone was very nice to me as I waited for my car while my tires were being replaced. They all loved my dog and made sure she got lots of treats and attention. Thank you for replacing my two front tires at no charge. I really do appreciate that service. More

Not very happy I am not happy with my service. I never received an owner's manual for my car. I called after I had bought the car. The person I talked to told me it I am not happy with my service. I never received an owner's manual for my car. I called after I had bought the car. The person I talked to told me it would take about a month. That was the beginning of July and it is now the end of September. The salesperson that sold me my car said she would check in with me to see how I like the car within a week after I bought the car that was the end of June and she just called me on Saturday September 29th I told her that I never received my owner's manual and she said I can print it off on-line which I don't think is my responsibility I also told her that when I had my oil changed I was told by Ricart that I needed two front tires and I don't think I should have to pay for two front tires. I can't afford to buy two front tires. I'm not very happy and I would not recommend Ricart I've also called her several times and it's taken her a day to get back to me and I was transferred at least 5 times. I work in customer service so I know that I need to deliver good customer service and I don't feel like I did get that from Ricart. More
