We were greeted right away by Saquan. Showed us the models we were interested in, and took us for test drive. They did not have the color car we wanted so Sequin found the right color at Showed us the models we were interested in, and took us for test drive. They did not have the color car we wanted so Sequin found the right color at a different dealer and had to shipped to Clearwater. Took an extra day but was worth the wait. After buying two cars, it is sad and ridiculous I still am having issues with fighting for, chasing, and being lied to about where money owed to me is. I have to stay on top of what is going on constantly am having issues with fighting for, chasing, and being lied to about where money owed to me is. I have to stay on top of what is going on constantly to make sure things are going the way it should. If I do not, I am forgotten about, paperwork is lost, not processed, or just done at all. Now I am being lies and have proof in email of it. After staying a customer on the service department alone I have made the decision to move my account to Lowkey Nissan. I will miss Alex, but I am done with this headache since 2021. I gave this company a fair, fighting chance. More

Malcolm and TJ were both extremely responsive and helpful through the entire process of purchasing my Altima. I primarily worked with Malcolm through the process and he went above and beyond to immediately through the entire process of purchasing my Altima. Malcolm made himself my point of contact and personally reached out to the relevant representatives directly, so I didn't have to track down a series of different people to get answers. He provided me with his cell phone number and responded immediately to all inquiries, even after the purchase was made.
