I took my 2023 Hyundai Tucson in for its first scheduled maintenance. The wait time was nearly two hours. They do not offer shuttle service. They do not offer loaner vehicles. One week later, there was a dr maintenance. The wait time was nearly two hours. They do not offer shuttle service. They do not offer loaner vehicles. One week later, there was a drop in temperature and the tire pressure warnings came on. The tire pressure had not been checked/corrected during the maintenance so I had to take additional time and money to have that corrected. More

The service writer was very pleasant. I believe everyone did their best to complete my service in a timely manner. The problem was that the service center was short handed so my service t I believe everyone did their best to complete my service in a timely manner. My car went in at 8:45AM, and wasn't done with giving back to me around 1:45PM. It went in for an Oil Change, and a Replacement Part on Top Passenger Hood. When finished the car was parked horizontally i back to me around 1:45PM. It went in for an Oil Change, and a Replacement Part on Top Passenger Hood. When finished the car was parked horizontally in on side of Customer Pick-up Area. A Customer whose car was parked in the Area was pulling out of Parking and hit my car Back Quarter Panel Driver Side. My Car should have been parked to where it was safe for a Customer to pull out. I went for latch truck issue, two times, they could not fix it. They told me they changed the latch and it was ok,.but it is not ok, i have to slam the trunk door to close it, it is a elantra 2023 and i am fix it.
