I was referred to T.L. by a mutual friend and a colleague of his. I went to the dealership and was greeted by a friendly receptionist, who promptly got T.L. Driving and owning a Mercedes is a pleasure, the dealership and personnel at Mercedes of Daytona made the purchase of my new car enjoyable. I felt spoiled by my salesman. Disappointed to find my warranty expired in January without receiving notice or opportunity to continue. Very pleased with how car was presented after service. Very clean. I have dealt with Tim several times in the past and I still struggle in my communications with him. He first told me the battery would cost $300, then called to say it was $450. When I picked up the car it was $300. I enjoy working with TL in sales and have purchased 3 or 4 cars from you. Happy to see the new ownership and enjoyed visiting with Gary in previous service experience. Thanks for asking. More

This is the fourth car we have bought from Daytona Mercedes. TL delayed his vacation to deliver this car to us. Mike Kessler went over it - even tho it was a pre-certified car. And Tim had all the pap Mercedes. TL delayed his vacation to deliver this car to us. Mike Kessler went over it - even tho it was a pre-certified car. And Tim had all the paper work ready very quickly. We love the new store - it is very "open" and clean everywhere. Pricing is classified as "good" because I was ttading a "paid for" car and now I'm going to have payments again! The car, however was very rairly priced! Anne and Dick Perry More

I received very good technical explanations and when it came to negotiation I was offered all I needed to persuade me to buy my first Mercedes. I have owned German cars for the past 20 years including BMW, Audi and Volkswagen, each of which I have traditionaly traded when 2 years old and my then current car a 2 year old VW cc was 2 years old which promted me to look at available options.
