After arriving and inspecting, there w Arrangements were made to meet TJ this past Sunday the 19th, and drive from San Antonio to pick up the vehicle. After arriving and inspecting, there was noticeable damage to the passenger side running board. This was disappointing to my wife and I, since there was no disclosed damage in the vehicle’s online report, or in our conversations with TJ. Upon discovering this, I turned to TJ for financial compensation for the damage. TJ explained that nothing could be done to rectify the situation. Needing to discuss this obstacle, my wife and I decided to go have lunch, and discuss our options. During this time, we reached out to TJ again, who turned us over to your sales manager, Mr. Freddie Allen. Mr. Allen was equally unhelpful in addressing our request for compensation. More
