Henry and Sied Henry called me when my car was in for service explaining my lease will be expiring soon and asked if I was ready to trade in. I explained I did n Henry called me when my car was in for service explaining my lease will be expiring soon and asked if I was ready to trade in. I explained I did not want to spend all night in the dealer so if he can have everything ready including the numbers I wanted I would consider it. He said he would I went to the dealer skeptical but I have to say Henry kept his word and got me through and in/out relatively quick. He was very patient and nice and my overall experience was very pleasant. We moved on to the finance manager again being skeptical but Syed (not sure of the spelling) didn't even try to add on the stuff that the finance people try to add on. He explained everything thoroughly and he had my financing done in minutes and was also very polite and friendly. Thank you North Miami Lexus, Henry and Syed More
