Very dedicated salesman, Syed Ali I bought a 2018 F150. A salesman had been previously driving the car and just trashed it. It was filthy. Ali made sure it was immediately detailed. Ali orchestrated with service dept and parts to make sure everything was fixed. Ali was very dedicated to his job and very helpful. He was very good about answering his cell phone and returning calls even after the sale was complete and made me feel very comfortable if I calling him if I needed anything. Jim Brandt in financing was also very helpful and professional answering a lot of my questions . I worked with other personally who were helpful but don't know their names. The sales mgr went out of his way to greet me and introduce himself. Very friendly More

Truck sales Bought use vehicle things in the truck were missing including 2nd key navigation ship Owner's manual And floor mats. I had to pull teeth to get any of these items including talking to the general manager Dan sills who are re contacted after my service again was and satisfactory and never heard from him .the things promised to me by the service manager were not completed when I want to get the vehicle. Including a full tank of in my truck to be detailed for my inconveniences. I also had running boards they were supposed to be under warranty to be changed and never heard back from the dealership More

Spare Tire Assembly I was towed in to have my spare tire assembly replaced and new assembly order and installed. My initial experience with the service team was fine and I was towed in to have my spare tire assembly replaced and new assembly order and installed. My initial experience with the service team was fine and my experience with Syed in the parts dept. was "great." Parts were not in stock so Syed ordered my parts and I was suppose to get a call once the parts arrived to have the parts installed by service. I never received that call and I had to chase down myself the status of when service was going to have this job done. Three times not including the lengthy message I left for the service manager to return my call to have my parts installed that had been sitting in the parts dept. for over three weeks. More
