We take every repair & situation very seriously and do our best to service each vehicle quickly and efficiently. Of course there are always times that may take slightly longer than others for various reasons. However we felt that we kept you informed every step of the way, and that we responded to your inquiries and text messages promptly even after the vehicle was fixed and for weeks after the fact when you continued to text us. As the Service Director here, I care about my staff and the incessant texting was starting to make my team extremely uncomfortable which is why we expressed that to you and I of course had to step in. Anthony: If your customer service game was as good as your copy & paste game & PR game, I would still be a customer, but alas it’s not & me & my business (money) are never coming back (because of you, Suzanni Ortiz & Jon Wade). ————— As I replied elsewhere: Your reply is nothing more than a PR attempt to make it look like you & the dealership cares about their customers. Keep in mind, you are speaking on behalf of the dealership and you also did so when your idea of resolving the situation was GHOSTING ME back in Dec. 2021. More on that below. However, the MOST REVEALING thing about your reply is that you did NOT dispute or address any of the SPECIFIC issues / poor service & poor treatment I wrote about, including the one about how YOU decided to “step in” & resolve the situation by treating me poorly on the customer service text chain & then by ghosting me by not taking my calls or returning my calls, AFTER you, in ALL CAPS, told me to call you, in the text chain. By not addressing or disputing the SPECIFIC issues / poor service & poor treatment, you are admitting they all happened as I posted them, which they did. Your WORDS have no meaning. But your ACTIONS speak very loudly. And your & Suzanni’s actions say you (Anthony Pompilio), Suzanni Ortiz & the Dealership, do NOT care about their customers. ————— “The incessant texting”, as you insensitively put it, was because I was NOT satisfied with the work or the treatment. As I already described: - Suzanni made me uncomfortable for 2.5 days - You “stepped in” and what did you do? - You did NOT do anything You ghosted me. You told me to call you. You gave me the wrong phone number to call you AND you did NOT answer when I called. I also left you messages AND you did NOT return my calls. In the end, SUZANNI ORTIZ, ANTHONY POMPILIO & THE ENTIRE SERVICE DEPT TREATED ME LIKE GARBAGE after I told Suzanni, “treat me well, and I will be a loyal customer.” Clearly, I was not wanted as a customer, so you both threw me in the garbage. ANTHONY, you had a chance to resolve it & instead YOU RAN & HID, by NOT taking & NOT returning my calls. ANTHONY, you spoke on behalf of the entire dealership by throwing my business in the garbage. As the kids say, I have the receipts (proof) of all, so please stop adding insult to injury by NOT telling the truth. This is not the only place this review is or will be going. I don’t accept poor customer service or poor treatment. ————— Also, I e-mailed Jon Wade, the President of the Dealership, about my horrible experience, and he showed he is just like you & Suzanni, he does NOT care about my business either, as he did the same as you, he did not get back to me either. CASE CLOSED!
