After visiting other dealerships and not being satisfied with the service I've received, it was very refreshing that Oscar knew EVERY detail about ALL the trim levels of the car we were considering, and could answer every question about them. After test driving a model we thought we wanted ($$$$$$), Oscar suggested that perhaps a less expensive trim would be suited--and he was right. While any other dealer would try to convince me to spend the extra money (for features I didn't need!!!!), Oscar provided me with a SOLUTION, and not a PRODUCT.
