Good recommendation and Good service I don't know anything about cars. Usually every year I bring my car to Hillside Honda for inspection and motor oil change. They do a multi-point vehi I don't know anything about cars. Usually every year I bring my car to Hillside Honda for inspection and motor oil change. They do a multi-point vehicle inspection check for no charge. Then base on that inspection, they recommend what should be done on the car. The work were done right. I have been to other Honda dealership to service the car. They only did half the job and I had to go back for service. I am satisfied with Hillside Honda's service. My car do not have problems so far. More

Recall Service appointment Hillside service support is good. They will call to remind you the apointment date and they will call and email you after the service repair, to ask f Hillside service support is good. They will call to remind you the apointment date and they will call and email you after the service repair, to ask for your satisfaction with the service. I thought this is good customer care. The service personnel there are generally professional and polite. The service waiting room at Hillside Honda is less than desire, it is kind of tight. Free wi fi access wil be nice. More

He explained everything that would be covered in the service (30,000 mile), called me wh The service advisor, Mike Macoon, took care of me right away. He explained everything that would be covered in the service (30,000 mile), called me when it was complete and told me what the mechanic had found that I might want to address. I opted to have three additional things taken care of and before too long the car was ready for pickup. The cashier got me out the door and on my way home with my car driving noticeably better. More

15k mile maintenance - Super quick! I made an appointment for 10am and was worried I would be held up at the service center all day especially when I came in to about 15 people already i I made an appointment for 10am and was worried I would be held up at the service center all day especially when I came in to about 15 people already in the waiting area ahead of me. Luckily in less than 2 hours my car was serviced and I was already home. Thanks Hillside Honda for such a quick maintenance. I am sorry I do not remember the service person who helped me out. More
