It is absolutely ridiculous that we have to leave a car just sitting hostage on your lot for 2-3 weeks, waiting for someone to simply “look” at the car and see what is wrong with it!!! We need to be able t just sitting hostage on your lot for 2-3 weeks, waiting for someone to simply “look” at the car and see what is wrong with it!!! We need to be able to drive the car with kids running everywhere, but we have to let our family vehicle sit on your lot waiting in line for a technician to look and see what the problem is. Fine, if you are 2-3 weeks behind, let me have my vehicle to drive and let me know when you are ready to look at the problem and fix it. But to basically hold a family’s vehicle with no other transportation, that is just unruly and unfair!! More
