Browsing the lot for a new Jeep, Suresh introduced himself and asked if I had any questions. I had plenty and his professionalism was evident from the beginning of my exploratory process. I explained to him my unique situation, and from that point on it was taken into account through the entire experience. In other words, he didn't try to "steer" me in any other direction than where I needed to be. After he walked me to the inventory lot at the top of the parking garage in the hot summer heat (I was wearing shorts, he was not so fortunate) we selected a few models that I wanted to get some pricing options on. We came back to his desk, and he took the time to clearly and effectively show me all the options I was considering. From there, he sat back and gave me the time to think about this decision based on the numbers he came up with for me. He did not press me at all, he simply presented the information I needed and allowed me to make an educated decision. Most importantly, he was honest and up front from the beginning. The initial numbers he gave me stayed true, and there were no pricing "add-ons" or "I forgot to mentions" after the fact. Suresh Nayak took his time, gave me all the information I needed and was an enjoyable salesperson to work with throughout the entire process. I ended up leasing my Jeep, and I have full confidence knowing I can contact Suresh in the future to discuss anything regarding this car moving forward. A great pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his services. In short, his attention to detail and ability to understand my situation are the reason I chose this dealership. More

My name is Jerry Cerchia. I just purchased a jeep sahara from your dealership for my son Vinny's first expieriance buying his first brand new car. We had gone to the bronx dealership first and walked right from your dealership for my son Vinny's first expieriance buying his first brand new car. We had gone to the bronx dealership first and walked right out after they tried to take advantage of my son selling him a car that he didn't want with a very high car payment. I then said to him lets go see Augie in white plains. We walked in and a very kind gentleman named Suresh Nayak said if he can help us with anything. That was the start of a very enjoyable expierience for my son Vinny. Suresh got the same jeep as the bronx dealership and with a great car payment that my son could handle. In the process we had many laughs with Suresh and he was very professional in which he handled Vinny. When we got finnished, I couldn't wipe the smile off my sons face. I an a Italian american and that is what I live for. To see my children happy. Augie is a very lucky man to have such a careing man such as Suresh working at his dealership.
