Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable on my car I purchased. It was a quick and easy process which is what I needed to hurry up and get back on the road after my wreck! I'm from out of state so I had purchased. It was a quick and easy process which is what I needed to hurry up and get back on the road after my wreck! I'm from out of state so I had an option to have it delivered by one of their drivers, had everything set up for it to be delivered then decided last minute to make a road trip to go pick it up myself instead of waiting. There was no problem with that last minute change of plan either! Thanks Stuart for making this an easy process. More

The day after New Years days, got back into town in a car I had purchased back in Aug. 2019. The car had been having some issues and the check engine light wouldn’t stay on for long so it could never get rea I had purchased back in Aug. 2019. The car had been having some issues and the check engine light wouldn’t stay on for long so it could never get read or dealt with. Finally it stayed on and at the stop light in front of the dealership the car literally started shaking. We went start to the dealership. My girl is furious at this point and gets a salesman and Stuart. They get me right out of that car and into a brand new one. Stuart and another salesman both drove the original car and were just as confused as to what the issues were but were more then happy to help me get into a newer car. More

I bought a vehicle in Aug. 2019. I only bought it because I was told the brakes (that everyone agreed at the time needed work) WOULD BE FIXED. This is almost Christmas and they are not fixed. I went to service department 3 times with the issue. The 1st time they turned the rotors and said "if you have to come back we'll just replace them" I didnt make it home before it happened again! Made another appointment sat for couple hours for them to come out and say nothing was wrong. They should have simply replaced the rotors and possibly brakes the 1st time! The salesman just blowing smoke and block me on FB. Also after they didnt fix the issue he blocked my phone. He is ABSOLUTELY nothing but a liar. Service department is an ABSOLUTE joke and Kurt lied to my face about "we'll make sure your happy" they are out to sell you the vehicle then run you around. Iv wasted enough time with them. We are looking for a car for my wife now. NOT at Wilson County dealership. We're going anywhere but, here. Please dont let them waste your time and lie to you. Simply pass the dealership and go to a different one. I have contacted a laywer and I have to meet her this next week to give her the paperwork that states the brakes will be fixed. Please keep on looking. Do not shop here. More

Excellent Customer Service I'd spoke with Stewart from the internet department around noon about a chevy Impala I really wanted. By 6pm I was driving off lot with it!
