My wife and I have bought three vehicles from this dealership since 2018 and I am impressed. I met Brandon Vaden in 2018 when I bought my 2018 Chevy Colorado new and he was excellent in every aspect. dealership since 2018 and I am impressed. He then introduced me to Angelia Huddleston in finance and she was professional, caring, understanding and compassionate and was an absolute pleasure to work with and she had me in that vehicle in no time. A few months later, we worked with Brandon and Angelia again to purchase my wife a 2019 Equinox and once again it was very fast and very focused on our needs. Fast forward to 2021 and my sweet Colorado was totaled out due to weather and I contacted Brandon again. He spent an entire day calling and texting to make sure I got what I was interested in. He never once gave up and was even going as far as making other recommendations to what I could afford and was looking for. We finally found a Titan XD Platinum Reserve for a great price and I loved it. Brandon made sure it was solid before he put his name on that sale and had Antwon the detail guy clean it up to which I was highly impressed. Angelia was off work that day but I was introduced to Belinda Wilson who was exactly spot on just as Angelia would have been. Belinda made sure every corner of the paperwork was to a T and even looked over my previous paperwork from 2018 and checked off everything without doubt or question. These four individuals have went above and beyond for me and my family and I have built a solid relationship with them and will not consider buying anywhere else due to the family environment they offer and stand on. The Bone family has created a great place that I can trust to buy a vehicle and can highly recommend to anyone without feeling disappointment. Salesperson was great - Sherry Jackson. The man (unknown name) she had to get to approve the sale amount was rude and condescending. Drove 4 hours to buy a car, the dealership knew I was out of state; wait name) she had to get to approve the sale amount was rude and condescending. Drove 4 hours to buy a car, the dealership knew I was out of state; waited until we were done with paperwork to tell me they would not accept a personal check. I made arrangements to pay electronically and that was also unacceptable. I had to make another 8 hour (round trip) to get the car. Had it not been exactly what I wanted, I would not have returned. I left the first day feeling like a criminal - the only person who treated us with any kindness and dignity was Sherry. Lastly, I was told it would be 10 days of transfer paperwork - at day 17 I called. At day 23, I received the paperwork. Vicky (from Wilson's Hyundai dealership, was very nice and easy to deal with) found what I needed and sent it overnight, after multiple phone calls Vicky was the only person who provided assistance. I gave a 2 star rating ONLY because Sherry and Vicky were nice. The rest of the people we encountered were rude and condescending. It was the worse car buying experience I have ever had. More
