Very disappointed. I was assured by the sales associate and sales manager that certain things would be addressed. When I called to pick up the car, I was told "everythi I was assured by the sales associate and sales manager that certain things would be addressed. When I called to pick up the car, I was told "everything was done." It was not. Although they did finish the initial agreed-upon work the next day, I seriously question what other work wasn't done that they claim had been done. Follow through and follow up has not been great. Iman and the staff were incredibly helpful during the trade-in and purchase processes. We drove home with our newly purchased vehicle the same day.
