As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted and made to feel welcome. You never feel like the sharks are going to attack you. When I told the person who greeted me who I was looking for, they promptly took me to Eddie Cooks. Eddie had the perfect truck for me. A 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport was pulled up and ready for me to test drive. With the help of Robert Lukens and the management team, I was able to get the truck that I wanted at the right price for my budget. Aleshia made the rough part easy, finance. She was super patient and explained everything, so that we could understand it. Toyota Quality, Fantastic Sales Rep (Eddie Cooks), Great Management Team, Fair Prices. As seniors, we needed a smooth comfortable ride with all the conveniences, automatic doors, captains chairs front and back, power lift gate, and extra seating for grandchildren. Brent listened, and produced keys for a Sienna for a test drive. I had a bumpy road all picked out and the Sienna passed with flying colors. Brent located a white EX-L with Navigation in Atlanta, and 48 hours later, we drove home happy, with an exceptional deal. Brent is great! More

Shelley Jenkins, our service professional, explained ve We went to the dealership today to pick up our 2003 Toyota Corolla which was in for servicing. Shelley Jenkins, our service professional, explained very clearly what had been done to the car and why. During the conversation Shelley mentioned that she had recently obtained a new Corolla which she liked very much. We asked her if we could look at some new Corollas, just to see what they looked like as we weren’t really in the market for a new car. Shelley introduced us to Christen Salvatico who discussed our needs and wants to ascertain the best Corolla model for us. She showed us an LE model in the color that we were most interested in and with the built-in equipment that we wanted. A test drive showed that it was a significant improvement over our old Corolla in terms of noise abatement, handling, and pick up. Pretty much everything about the new model was much better than the old model. Ably assisted by the dealership manager, Steven Rhoades, Christen was able to come up with a very attractive price. Although we hadn’t come into the dealership with any thought of purchasing a new car the offer was so attractive and the car such a pleasure to drive that we did indeed purchase our new Corolla LE. Blake Dunn very competently took us through the paperwork, explaining all of our options with regard to service contracts and other options. After that was done Christen spent a considerable amount of time going over the car’s features with us, even setting up my iPhone on the built in Bluetooth. All in all it was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. I would gladly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston to anybody and everybody. More

VW lover converted I've driven VW's for years but found myself drawn to the Toyota Sequoia for all of the space for my growing kids and all the options for me. I came i I've driven VW's for years but found myself drawn to the Toyota Sequoia for all of the space for my growing kids and all the options for me. I came into the dealership with not a whole lot of time on my hands and a specific budget. My sales rep Kelly Mitchum brought the GM Steven Rhoads to me right away and I shared what my budget parameters were but also what my "must haves" were as well. While Kelly pulled the Sequoia out for me to test drive, Steven worked with the finance manager Bill Utnick to get me exactly where I wanted to be. Kelly gave me a great demo of the Sequoia, she covered it from hood to trunk and really knew everything about the Toyota and the Family Plan that you get at Fred Anderson. I showed the family and we were all sold, especially since they were able to hit my budget. I'm a big fan! I also want to give accolades to Eddie Cooks, he was a sales person that helped set up my iPhone so that I can be a good role model to the kids and use hands-free! . This is a great riding family vehicle and I am glad I tried a Toyota, which brings me to my last point. Toyota has a concierge service that I used this weekend, just dial a number and get directory assistance, dinner reservations and more. Very intuitive and progressive brand! More
