I started working in the auotomobile industry in December 1996, soon after serving in the united States Marine Corps infantry for four years. I live in Lowville NY and enjoy racing dirt bikes in the summer and riding snowmobiles on the Tug Hill during the winter with my son. I love helping my customers purchase or lease new or pre owned vehicles every day and look forward to helping you. thanks and have a great day.

I purchased a 4Runner ($40k) a couple of months ago at Waite Toyota in Watertown. I live 2 hours away, and let them know that I chose to work with them over my local dealer because I had been treated poor Waite Toyota in Watertown. I live 2 hours away, and let them know that I chose to work with them over my local dealer because I had been treated poorly in my past purchase. The process went quickly, and we negotiated a price and a few items that needed to be fixed on the vehicle. The Salesman needed to obtain the title on the vehicle which took about a week., then he let me know we could meet to sign paperwork. Due to my scheduling, I could not return until the first week of the next month (which was only a week away). He plainly said that it needed to be done by month end because they needed the sales for that month. I wanted to help them out, so I adjusted my work schedule and made it down right before month end. When we met to sign the paperwork, the price was incorrect based on our negotiations. I pointed this out to them and they had to edit all of the paperwork to make it correct. If I had not said anything, they would have overcharged me! When I took the vehicle home, I noticed that they had not buffed out the scratches to the roof and door handles and there was still a chip in the windshield (it had been raining day I drove it home so it was difficult to notice). I immediately called the Salesman and communicated this to him. He agreed that they would take care of this for me and he forwarded me to the service department. Long story short, after a few weeks of me calling, I was able to finally speak to the service department and they communicated to me that they did not have the equipment to fix the scratches or the chip in the windshield. I then spent several weeks trying to get ahold of the Salesman and the Sales Manager. I spoke to the Sales Manager once and he agreed they would help me, but wanted to wait for the Salesman to return from his day off so we could work out a plan. I never heard back from either of them despite numerous calls. I am a single woman who works full-time and lives 2 hours away. I was not treated as a new customer who just spent 40K and went out of her way to ensure they made the sale in time. I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved. More
