Stay far away- Visited dealer for new car. Asked salesman about the differences between Ioniq 5 versus Kona EV’s. Salesman pointed to Ioniq 5 in showroom and said that’s it. I repeated I was interested in in about the differences between Ioniq 5 versus Kona EV’s. Salesman pointed to Ioniq 5 in showroom and said that’s it. I repeated I was interested in info on the other cars, say a gas powered versus hybrid- he looked around from his seat and said he didn’t see any and immediately launched into the premium of $3,000. - 5,000 on all new cars. I immediately left- Atlantic Hyundai in West islip was excellent- test drove car and will only buy from them. More

The management didn't care about his attitude. Buyers beware - save yourself the trouble and find another dealer to work with. More

Our salesman Steve Kramer was indecisive and had a lack of understanding about the website - he contradicted himself twice with the comparison of Hyundai USA’s website and Advantage’s Website with respect of understanding about the website - he contradicted himself twice with the comparison of Hyundai USA’s website and Advantage’s Website with respect to incentive offers, trying to mislead me. Furthermore, he tried to take advantage of me when he asked me what was I looking for for my 2018 Honda trade in. An honest dealer would look at the car and say what it’s worth. He showed lack of intelligence when I explained I owed $8500 on the car and he asked if the car was “in the red or green” - what kind of idiot would ask that of a 2018 Honda CRV in mint condition? I walked out and am going to another Hyundai dealer. More

Advantage Hyundai was a terrific experience start to finish. They have a fantastic selection of cars and trucks in all the popular colors. My salesperson Steve Kramer was great, he knew all the details of the different models and what every vehicle had to offer. Steve worked hard to find exactly what we were looking for and stay within our budget. He enlisted the help of the manager Mike to make sure we were getting the best deal possible and take advantage of all the promotions and deals they had to offer. In the end we leased the Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. The price was right, bumper to bumper warranty, basic maintenance free for the entire length of the loan, free car wash at anytime and so much more. I highly recommend Steve Kramer for all your car or truck buying and leasing! More

Great knowledge of the car and very friendly and professiona Mr. Jenkins are very knowledgeable and thorough and had the car checked out thoroughly I made sure to tip him because he was honest and experienced. As for the car itself- There are a few design flaws: a- my knee frequently hits the trunk opener and fuel door flap when I get into the car. b- the Steering wheel aduster needs to allow much more movement than it does. c- The drivers seat needs to go back much further because of the placement of the trunk and gas cap flap issue. d- When the the gas flap cap is open- there is no signal like when the trunk is open. These are design flaws and need to directed to Genesis engineers. Service is great. Mr. Jenkins is great. I am counting on whomever sent me this survey to get back to me on these issues. More
