Steven, from the service departme vehicle so easy. Rich Konold was always available to answer questions and worked with me during the buying process. Steven, from the service department, helped with adding a few upgrades to my vehicle after I purchased it. Joe Clemens went above and beyond for me during the buying process. I took my 2018 Chevy Silverado that I purchased at Sapaugh in for a front hub making noise. I took it To them because I was told that under my warranty if I took it there it wouldn’t cost me anythin Sapaugh in for a front hub making noise. I took it To them because I was told that under my warranty if I took it there it wouldn’t cost me anything well come to find out I’m charged $100 each time for warranty work to take it to them if I would have known that I could’ve took it to a dealership 10 minutes from my house Sapaugh is 45 minutes away. So I paid $100 got the new hub assembly which fixed the noise in my truck. I picked it up early in the morning before work left the dealership got on the interstate and the check engine light is on having to get to work it’s too late to turn around and take it back so I had to take it the next morning and drop it off again. Later that day I called to check on it and the service man told me it was a wheel sensor they didn’t have the part and I would have to wait till they got it so the next day. I figured makes sense it probably got damaged when the hub was changed out. N ot hearing from them I called late in the afternoon and the service man tells me that it wasn’t a wheel sensor it was a E-Vap sensor and I would have to pay another hundred dollars to get it fixed but it was under warranty. Just seemed odd because the check engine light wasn’t on when I dropped the truck off to them the first time. So I paid $100 get the truck back drive home the truck sets for a week get in it yesterday and the check engine light is on again. I’m sure if I call to get it fixed it will cost me another hundred dollars they have got my money twice and won’t get it again. Also I paid for the paint protection to be applied because the salesman said it would protect from paint chips that would be noticeable on a black truck come to find out it only covers dents and dings how a spray on paint protectant protects from dents and dings I don’t know but it will not cover paint chips so don’t waste your money on the paint protection.
