He strives to make sure you have every question answered so that you as the customer are comfortable prior to your decision in setting or going through the price negotiation phase of purchasing the Mercedes-Benz you have selected. Once Steve has sold you a Mercedes-Benz, he follows up with you to insure 110% satisfaction. This includes correcting small issues that arise even from a CPO Mercedes-Benz product.
