Awesome car buying experience! I have always dreaded the process of buying a new car because it has often been a long and frustrating experience, but this time I was very pleasantly I have always dreaded the process of buying a new car because it has often been a long and frustrating experience, but this time I was very pleasantly surprised by Halleen Kia! I just purchased a 2014 Kia Sorento and couldn't be happier with how things went! My sales consultant - Jason Labuda - was great to work with. He really listened when I told him what I was looking for and worked hard to get me what I wanted at a reasonable price. It was clear that his priority was to make sure that I was happy with my new car purchase. Finance Manager Steve Stein also helped to make the process pain-free. Both Jason and Steve were very considerate of my time and didn't keep me sitting in the dealership for a long time. Thanks, guys - that was great customer service, and I love my new car! More

My experience at Halleen Kia was fantastic. Jim McConville was one of the best sales persons I have come across in a while. He treated my daughter and myself with the up-most respect. As my meeting with Jim proceeded I discovered Jim has great integrity, very honest and knowledgeable of the products he sells. He answered every question I had with with great detail and keeping my interests/concerns as a priority. He understood what I wanted and professional succeeded in accomplishing all goals. Guess who just saved me a bunch of money?? Arnaldo Rivera did!!! He was THE BEST salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with on buying a new car! He was so patient with me as I kept changing my mind on which car I wanted and treated me like a friend, not just a customer. He was very thorough and made sure that I was familiar with every last feature on my new car. He worked hard for me and I know he will work hard for you!! Steve Stein was my finance man and was also very thorough. He made sure I knew everything I was signing and why. He explained everything and has a great sense of humor as well!! I am one happy girl!! Visiting Halleen Kia was a very pleasant experience. We pulled into the lot and we're greeted and asked what they could help us with. Staff was very friendly and helpful in all aspects of our visit. Our salesman was knowledgable and the Finance manager was very helpful in seeking a loan that would fit our needs. We did not feel pressured at all and all of our questions were answered. Jim Mcconville was the car salesman that sold me my car. He was amazing! He worked so hard to get me into a great car at a price I could afford . He was so incredibly nice and so willing to go the extra mil He was amazing! He worked so hard to get me into a great car at a price I could afford . I had to call him several times over the course of a few days and he answered his cell phone every single time I won't ever go to another dealer or a work with another carsalesman. I WAS LOOKING TO BUY A NEW CAR THAT WAS SAFE,ECONOMICAL,LOW MAINTAINENCE WITH A GREAT WARRANTY AND NICE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO GET YOU INTO WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED AND NOT INTO THE MOST EXPENSI SAFE,ECONOMICAL,LOW MAINTAINENCE WITH A GREAT WARRANTY AND NICE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO GET YOU INTO WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED AND NOT INTO THE MOST EXPENSIVE CAR ON THE LOT AND BOY DID I FIND EXACTLY THAT AT HALLEEN KIA IN NORTH OLMSTEAD. THIS WAS MY FIRST FOREIGN CAR AND NOW THAT I'VE HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER,IT WON'T BE THE LAST ONE I BUY. MY SALESMAN WAS JOHN O'DEE, HE WAS FRIENDLY,PATIENT AND KNOWS THOSE CARS INSIDE OUT! I BOUGHT A FULLY LOADED 2012 SOUL WITH EVERY BELL AND WHISTLE YOU CAN IMAGINE AND HE WAS ABLE TO TAKE ME THROUGH LEARNING HOW TO USE ALL THE FUNCTIONS WITHOUT MAKING ME WANT TO RUN AND HIDE,I ADMIT I AM TECHNICALLY CHALLENGED!!!! HE WAS A BALL OF ENERGY AND HAD EVERYTHING HE WRAPPED UP IN NO TIME AT ALL. THE FINANCE ASSOCIATE WAS STEVE STINE AND WAS SO NICE, I WAS PREAPPROVED SO THERE WASN'T TOO MUCH FOR HIM TO DO BUT IN SPITE OF HOW MANY PEOPLE WERE IN THERE WAITING TO SEE HIM HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS BEING RUSHED OUT. I FEEL LIKE I SLEPT WITH A HANGER IN MY MOUTH, I HAVEN'T STOPPED SMILING SINCE I DROVE OFF THE LOT. I EVEN GOT A STUFFED HAMPSTER FROM JOHN O'DEE THAT RIDES SHOTGUN WITH ME ALL THE TIME. My time is valuable. I had done my research at home and knew about the car I wanted to buy, but just needed to drive it. My friend leased a vehicle from Brad Corns and was very satisfied with his salesman knew about the car I wanted to buy, but just needed to drive it. My friend leased a vehicle from Brad Corns and was very satisfied with his salesmanship. I was able to work with Brad in a timely manner to accomplish my car purchasing goal. He did not waste my time! He was very professional and courteous. I randomly asked people in the Service waiting area if they were happy with the service department of Halleen Kia, and every one of them said "yes, very." I am happy with my purchase and would be happy to refer anyone I know to the dealership. More
