We were leaving the next day to return to Iowa. The person from the detail shop talked to Chuck. They got me right in. They detailed the whole care and did an excellent job. More

Steve Statz was wonderful to work with during the sales process. Since I ran a few different business operations, I do have a few recommendations for improvement. Your telephone system does not provide a link for important information other than voicemail. I believe all 3 voicemails were not retrieved ( two different people). Frustrating! Also extended warranty at end of sale is a joke. Discuss up front with detailed info. This needs attention along with realistic pricing. Your current process may negate me from recommending Middleton Ford. More
