Myrtle Beach Chevy Cadillac is on the ball! Steve Ryan helped me choose a Chevy and was very patient and informative. PLUS he didn't even flinch when I brought my son and my 6 year old grandson Steve Ryan helped me choose a Chevy and was very patient and informative. PLUS he didn't even flinch when I brought my son and my 6 year old grandson with me on a test drive of the 2019 Chevy Equinox (in the rain, of course!). Someone totaled my 10 year old car a week before Christmas, and I dreaded having to buy another car but found the Equinox to be very comfortable and up higher than the sedans I have had in the past. Steve found me an Equinox in the color I wanted and was meticulous with the details and speed with which he had the car brought up to Myrtle Beach from Georgia. Plus he set everything up for me once the car arrived, and had it gassed, cleaned, and ready to go when I arrived back at the dealership and made sure I knew about the various details of the available promotions. He was easy to get hold of when I had questions when I was not at the dealership, too, which I found to be a nice surprise. His very patient manner was greatly appreciated. He knew exactly what to do to make sure I had all the paperwork for the end of year promotions (some promotions I was not even aware of) completed correctly. Tony was very efficient and friendly, not to mention fast, on the paperwork necessary, I anticipate the same respectful treatment when I bring my car in for service in the near future. Kudos to MBChevy! More

Pleased I had tried to trade earlier in the month but the price was not where I thought it should be. Yesterday I went in and was looking at the new Cadillac XT5. Steve and Paul went above and beyond to get me exactly what I want for the price point I have was looking for. Tony was very nice to do the financing with as well. I left with a new XT5 never been happier. I would recommend everyone looking for a Chevy or Cadillac to use Myrtle Beach Chevy/Cadillac and see Steve, will not be disappointed in the customer service provided. The company as a whole is very caring and willing to help meet you expectations. More
