We're extremely sorry to hear of your disappointment in dealing with our business. We frequently negotiate deals online and over the phone as we do business in many different states on a regular basis - and of course we are "open" online 24/7. You were offered the opportunity to electronically sign a provisional purchase agreement and leave a deposit on the vehicle prior to your coming in. You were informed in no uncertain terms that until we have a signed agreement and a deposit the vehicle is still for sale to any other prospective buyer. Without a commitment to buy from one prospective buyer, it is unethical for us to prevent another interested party from making a purchase on that same vehicle. We understand it's frustrating when someone else wants the same vehicle that you do. In your case, the other customer moved faster to secure the vehicle.
