Its not only that an Audi is the best vehicle I have ever driven, but the customer experience at KW Audi is simply put incomparable to any other shop I have entered with vehicles. Everyone at Kitchener Audi knows me by name and makes me feel part of a family. They are welcoming, kind and accommodating. Excellent dealership that I would recommend to anyone. I drove from Niagara-on-the-Lake to see a specific Certified Pre-owned car and it was worth trip. Their Audi Brand Specialist Rashid Ghaosi, was waiting for me with the car ready for a test drive. He was knowledgeable about the car's features, and his presentations, including maintenance history were fact-based and informative. The kind of information that makes the decisions easy to make. Once the deal was done, and I'd come back to take delivery, Rashid and their Delivery Specialist Vicki Matos were great at answering questions, and showing me the features of the car (with all the electronics in modern cars, one really does need a course!). Audi KW has switched a whole family with Audi's to Audi KW Over the past few years we had taken our families Audi's (Q7, A5, A4) in for some quick service randomly versus driving to our dealership that we we b Over the past few years we had taken our families Audi's (Q7, A5, A4) in for some quick service randomly versus driving to our dealership that we we bought the cars from in TO. The service department bent over backwards for us especially our son's older 2010 A5. My Q7 was coming near the end of its term and was considering the Q8 or another Q7, my current dealer took weeks to get back to me about the idea. I asked Ben how close I was to be able to upgrade as my lease was expiring soon. He bent over backwards to find the truck as the first one a friend of mine bought the same night Ben had shown me that we could make this work. At the same time a troubling engine light came on with my son's A5, we had a loaner for a week as my son thought what to do, with no pressure Ben had my son in a new A4, no easy task as ever time they deciding in the specs and colour it got sold. Ben worked for a week to find the car my son wanted. Success two new Audi from Audi KW in a week. Great job to all, Ben, Dion, Steve and crew More

Fired Dalmar London - Drive 1hr to Crosby...need i say more? Well, I will. The Crosby Team is exceptional. I have driven Audi product since 1996 and after "experiences" with Dalmar in London, I switched to Crosb Well, I will. The Crosby Team is exceptional. I have driven Audi product since 1996 and after "experiences" with Dalmar in London, I switched to Crosby. In fact, i used to use a broker to secure my cars but now i prefer to deal direct to ensure staff understand me as a client. I highly recommend this team and in fact, the Crosby VW team also. While they operate out of different locations, both teams have demonstrated to me, over the years, as offering a truly customer oriented experience - fair to both the dealership AND to the customer. I have dealt with several sales professionals despite the actual "unit sale" being attributed to one or the other but they all work together to satisfy any inquiries or concerns. I could go on....take your business to Crosby for Audi or VW. More
