Poor Customer Service On Saturday, January 28, 2017, I went car shopping. I had leased a car in 2014, and the lease was going to be up in a few months. I went to a few dealerships, and one of them was Curry Honda. When I walked in, the customer service representative paged the next available salesperson, and I waited for an extended period of time. Finally I was greeted, he showed me one car and never really explained what the features were, and never showed me the "better" model because another car was in the way. When we got back in to the showroom, he went back to his manager once and offered no flexibility. He made me feel like, because I was in a Honda dealership, that I should expect that the price was the price. The advertisements that they constantly show describe wonderful customer service which they don't have, and I will never return to that dealership. More

From start to finish our car buying experience with Steve Monaco of CURRY was everything a car buying experience should. It was a pleasure working with Steve and his colleagues at Curry . There was none of the "So sorry the car we advertised has been sold but we have several other cars unfortunately they cost a little more" or " you can buy it at this price but you have to buy it in the next 60 seconds". There was absolutely no pressure to buy or lease any car and when we did buy our CRV it was at the right price. Best of all the real price of the car was the real price there were no "Hidden Costs" to jack up the purchase price. Our car buying experience with Steve and with Curry Honda was enjoyable and not scary or frightening as it could have been somewhere else.
