I have nothing but bad experiences with this dealership in terms of servicing history. They always try to find something wrong with your car and get you to agree to fix it. We recently went for a tire chan in terms of servicing history. They always try to find something wrong with your car and get you to agree to fix it. We recently went for a tire change and ended up paying double the amount we quoted by paying for things we had not intended to repair at this. I would never go back to this dealership for servicing my car. More

UNETHICAL and uneducated sales staff I purchases a used minivan from Honda West, I was so excited to pick it up and I was driving off the lot - boom, transmission blown. They offered to find me another van that met my criteria but instead, they took me for a ride. Sold me a van with a bench seat (no stow and go capabilities) and point blank LIED to me saying 'yes you can stow the middle seat' and 'it just pops out if you want to put captain seats in'both of these statements are lies and have caused me so much grief. I'm currently struggling because fitting 2 car seats on a bench seat is impossible. I brought this to the attention of the manager and i was told 'that's unfortunate - we can sell you another van' which I found appalling. In addition to all of this garbage, the dealership pulled my credit FIVE times despite being approved with the first lender and then royally ripped me off on the price because they knew I needed a vehicle for my little ones right away. On the whole, these people are morally reprehensible, do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE! More

From the minute I walked in and met Steve Lancaster and his team, I felt everything would be alright. The vehicle that was selected turned out to be the one I bought. Gabe Ganouf arranged all the finances, a totally painless experience. He even arranged with my Insurance Agent to have my insurance ready to go and had the registration and plate ready. James Cupidio, made sure the car was good to go when I was able to pick it up. He went over all the paperwork and the whole car with me and took the time to explain everything. The car was in tip top shape when it was ready for pick up. It was a painless, amazing experience. More
