Took my calls even on his days off!!!! I wanted a v8 5.7 Hemi, Steven found me one first thing next morning! This is now my 10th Jeep and 1st for Branhaven. I look forward to many more to come!!! Even though the dealership was about 45 minutes away we figured we would try it out. When we got to the dealership, Steve immediately assisted us and was able to get us a test drive. From the moment we met Steve he was very easy to work with and was very laid back. There was no pressure from him or Carlos, the Sales Manager. We felt very comfortable with both of them and they worked with us to get us the best price possible. We decided that day that we wanted the vehicle and everything, including financing, when very smooth. Jonathan, the asst finance manager, was great to work with as well.
