Reliable, hassle free and Honest Service This is my sixth vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership (way back when it was located in Kankakee and now in Bourbonnais). What all dealerships should be like. I have purchased several Toyota Highlanders through this dealership and the reason is very simple. There is absolutely no pressure exerted on the cust I have purchased several Toyota Highlanders through this dealership and the reason is very simple. There is absolutely no pressure exerted on the customer when you are in the process of looking at new models. I have always dealt with Janelle and I couldn't be happier with the advice that she gives and the concern she shows for making sure I find exactly what I am looking for. My wife and I were given very sound advice by Janelle regarding purchasing or leasing and because of her experience, we were able to save a considerable amount of money upgrading to a new 2015 Highlander Limited. The best part of our relationship is that if I had decided to keep my old Highlander, I truly feel that even after the amount of work she put in to find something that she felt we would like, she would have accepted our decision and been just as pleasant as if we had completed the deal. Purchase a new Toyota in less then 45 minutes! Janelle made the transaction very fast and smooth.
