AWESOME JOB!!!!!! MISTY THE SERVICE ADVISER DID AN AMAZING JOB!!! SHE HELPED ME OUT BY GETTING THE OIL AND MY TIRES ROTATED. Surprised! I had missed/over looked a damaged driver door when I purchased my truck. The top of the door was protruding into the air stream and at interstate sp I had missed/over looked a damaged driver door when I purchased my truck. The top of the door was protruding into the air stream and at interstate speed making a irritating noise. They took it to the body shop for inspection and told me they'd adjust it and have it back in 15 minutes. I said, "I don't believe an adjustment could work. Well, I was shocked! While not prefect like a new door, it was amazingly close. I was at dealership a total of maybe 30 min. Willy had offered me a vehicle if needed. I was very impressed with my experience. More

Customer service was very good. When I got the young lady was very friendly and got everything accomplished efficiently. She even walked me to my car, which was a welcome change. The donuts and coffee was very refreshing and the wait was not that long. I did not work with Steve, however, he was just very friendly with holding conversation and making me welcome to coffee and donuts. He also told me to come see him when I was ready for a new car. Steve sold us our very first Kia, but I don't think he remembered me. He has always been friendly, every time. More
