To this day, I don't comprehend how a service department ignores your vehicle for 3 straight days. Then when you get upset at them for not doing their job, they ask you not to come back to their dealership ignores your vehicle for 3 straight days. I called them on January 15, 2023 to ask if my 2021 Chevy Colorado was still under warranty because I was having a problem with the pump that squirts water onto the windshield.
