They quickly confirmed they had the car and had it ready for me in minutes when I arrived later in the day. No games about having the car. It was there as promised. I was happy with the car and the sales process involved reasonable negotiation but we reached an agreement in a short time without ridiculously long delays that I have experienced elsewhere before. Financing arrangements were smooth and I was very satisfied with the experience. More

Non-pressure approach and easy to work with Steve Hoch is a nice guy and I felt very comfortable with him. He answered every question I had and was extremely easy to work with. Justin was a Steve Hoch is a nice guy and I felt very comfortable with him. He answered every question I had and was extremely easy to work with. Justin was also helpful with explaining the extended maintenance program and as a result, I bought Major Guard.. There was one discrepancy on the actual form that I signed.....it showed 5 years/48,000 miles instead of 5 years/60,000 miles as quoted by Justin. I spoke to Ray the next day who told me that it did show 60,000 miles in the computer. He said that I will receive a contract in the mail and if it does not say 60,000, I should give him a call. More

xxxxxxxx! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Last night, instead of working on homework for the final week of my current grad class, or spending time with my husband who I've barely seen in a wee Last night, instead of working on homework for the final week of my current grad class, or spending time with my husband who I've barely seen in a week, my dad went with me to look at a car I'd contacted Castle Chevy North in Elk Grove Village about extensively and scheduled for a test drive at 6:30. Ask anyone at work how excited I was today about this too-good-to-be-true Equinox!! So, I get a confirmation text of our appointment about 5 minutes before we arrive (mind you, this is from the same person, yes a real person, I'd been talking to all day, several times throughout the day, who'd confirmed the 'keys were set aside' at 3:30) and when we get there they tell us that person who I'd been taking to left for the day, and oh the car was sold at 4:30. I get the whole bait and switch xxxxxxxx, even the whole flagrancy of it all (well, I don't but that's more a what's-wrong-with-the-world- rant), but what offended me to no end was the complete lack of respect for our time and the situation from Joe and Steve, two of them most stereotypical and tactless car salesmen I've ever met in my several car buying experiences over the years. Yes, you're going to show me a 'comparable' car, but to have the audacity to be inflexible with that price and become assumptive when I tell you my budget is strict...and then you couldn't even find that car in your tiny little lot! The final straw was your last minute snap-back at my dad, a retired salesman who could make a bible thumper sell their soul to the devil. You don't sass Tomcat. It was a complete joke of a car buying experience and if this is how they've built their business, then so be warned. It's a shame if people accept this as the norm, and I hope to finally believe in the power of social media if it deters even one person from considering doing business with them. More
