Great experience We had most of the leg work done before we arrived (via phone & email with Nikki, who was great) but the moment we stepped into the dealership we were We had most of the leg work done before we arrived (via phone & email with Nikki, who was great) but the moment we stepped into the dealership we were treated well. Steve immediately showed us all of the features of our new car & made sure we new where ever important button was located and what they did. He made our experience a positive one and stayed with us until we left( even though it was after hours). More

Soooooo fast & easy to lease a new car! I just leased a new Toyota Highlander in the area we recently moved to, and wow, what a great customer experience! The negotiation was reasonable, fast & easy over the phone. I sent a photo of my license, insurance card, and registration ahead of time. When I arrived, i was in & out so quickly i could not believe it! While my paper work was being processed, their on-boarding specialist Angel Lewis gave me a comprehensive & useful tutorial on all the great functionality of my new car.
