When I first inquired about paying off my lease and then just purchasing the car, I was met with such a condescending tone. When I actually spoke to someone and said, would it be possible to negotiate a low just purchasing the car, I was met with such a condescending tone. When I actually spoke to someone and said, would it be possible to negotiate a lower amount since I’m paying in full in cash I was met with verbatim absolutely not. We don’t make any money off of used cars. We only make money off of brand new cars. This is such a bad taste in my mouth as a customer. I can honestly say I will probably never buy another vehicle from Deltoyota because of my experience. My first experience leasing his car was amazing. Connor was amazing. He was so kind he was. Patient explained everything to me. But when I went to turn in my car and actually wanted to purchase my car , I was basically dismissed. I wanted to know more information about the terms and conditions and the way I was spoken to was so condescending. I actually had the salesman on the line on speaker and my friend was sitting next to me and she just noted to me. She was like is it just me or is he being so rude? And I really felt like I wasn’t treated in a way that was Conducive to customer service or the fact that I have been a loyal customer for the past two years. When I got to the dealership, the first thing that the sales person asked me was did you wire the money. I said I didn’t wire the money because I have not seen any of the terms. In addition I have not seen a contract. I’m not gonna wire $20,000 and have no idea what I am . The sales person said to me in such a tone that I was immediately turned off from this. “Well the wire needs to be done before 2pm so it needs to be done”. I knew this and I said I understand but I have not seen any terms or conditions or any type of paperwork. No one in their right mind would just transfer 20k and not know what they’re paying for. Once I wired the money after reading the paperwork, I didn’t see that salesman again until he said finance is ready for you. No kindness at all. I didn’t see that salesman again until I went to find him and said is there anything else I need to do? And he said no. This man didn’t even look up from his computer to make eye contact with me. I have never been treated with such bad customer service in my life. I felt as is I was an annoyance to this person. I don’t know if it’s because I am a woman or what. But the way he talked to me made me never want to buy a vehicle here ever again. The only redeeming part of this experience was the gentleman in the service department he made conversation with me and my kids. He was kind and patient. More

I bought a Lemon. Had it back numerous times and it still leaked after that. Saleman was rude and unhelpful. One person at the service desk was polite and helpful but Had it back numerous times and it still leaked after that. Saleman was rude and unhelpful. I’m 72 yrs old and this was THE smoothest car purchase I ever experienced. Steve Heinze was proactive in having everything teed up so all we had to do was drive the car, fill out the paperwork and get a VER ever experienced.
